Light and flexible non-metallic loose fiber optic cables with high mechanical resistance: dielectric armour, PE (Polyethylene) outer jacket, 250μm fiber primary coating, longitudinal water-penetration resistant and dielectric anti- rodent protection. Optical fibers are kept together inside a thermoplastic tube and filled with a water-blocking gel to prevent moisture penetration.

Cable suitable for the installation of cabling systems for outdoor use according to EN50173, ISO/IEC 11801 norms. Depending on the type of fiber and on the length of the link, they are suitable for the realization of transmission channels up to and exceeding 10GbE. Ideal for laying in pipes or ducts for the realization of outdoor backbones connecting different buildings.
